Home Access

Advice

Home Access is an independent charity which works in partnership with Tabs to provide advice and support for those who are homeless or threatened with homelessness in the Vale of Glamorgan.

Bonds

We have a bond scheme where we can issue a bond guarantee to a landlord up to the sum of £275. This is a promise to cover rent arrears or damage to property and is accepted by the landlord in lieu of a deposit.

Support

We continue to support tenants if they request additional help.

In particular we help tenants to acquire furniture and bedding through donations from the public and other local churches.

We also help people with:

debt advice,

benefit problems,

moving on.
